BiCon makes Pink Paper Best Festival shortlist… again!

For the second time in its twentyfive year history, the bi community festival BiCon has been shortlisted by Pink Paper readers for their Best Festival, Pride or Event award.

BiCon 2008 is shortlisted alongside Manchester, London, Soho and Brighton Pride events. Last year it polled third place overall.
