International Workplace Pride Conference talks bi

Tomorrow, Friday June 15th, the Workplace Pride annual international conference takes place in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. It’s the first time in its history that the conference’s programme contains a session focused on bisexuals at the workplace.

The conference agenda lists:

Workshop 11: Creating a Safe Workplace for Bisexual Employees Leading the way to greater understanding
70% of bisexual employees feel that they can’t be themselves at work because the workplace is being experienced as unsafe. How can employers create and maintain a safe workplace for bisexual employees?

This workshop explores the unique experiences and challenges faced by bisexuals in the workplace.
