BCN has fresh cover stars

Bi Community News will have another year’s worth of cover bis thanks to a photo session at this year’s Treforest BiCon. Editor Jen Yockney said, “we were running out of community faces to put on the cover of the magazine, but we’ve got some truly fabulous photos from the photo shoot we held at BiCon. I can’t wait to see them in their full glory – with a BCN logo top left!”

BCN welcome photos from bi and bi-relevant events and while there are now some fab pictures on file, additional future cover bis are always welcome. Get in touch via the BCN website.

Proud Manchester Bis

The Manchester bi groups BiSociality and BiPhoria will be appearing both on the local Pride festival’s parade (as “birates”) and running a bi info stall in the event’s “Lifestyle Expo” over the next three days. If you’re at Pride in Manchester do give them a wave or drop by and say hello – or why not join them?

If you miss them, information about the main local bisexual social-support group in the city is here.

BiCon 2007 goes with a swing

One of the biggest BiCons since the event went residential in the early 1990s, BiCon Treforest has now drawn to a close. Expect photos and a full writeup on the BCN website and in BCN issue 87 soon!
