There are a lot of good English-language bi resources out there, whether you are just starting to work out whether you are bi, or are comfortably “out” and just looking to find other bi folk in your area or to help raise bi visibility.
Manchester BiPhoria has published “Getting Bi In A Gay / Straight World”, a glossy general bi community info leaflet for use in community centres and on Pride stalls etc. For copies contact them direct. It’s proved very popular with more than 10,000 copies produced and reprints overseas in English and Spanish.
For an alternative basic guide to bisexuality we suggest Both Directions, compiled by the UK bi activist network and published by Bi Community News.
The BCN website also offers reports on the demographics of BiCon attendees, and an A-Z guide to running local bi social and support groups to help you get started.
Do drop us comments with suggestions of other resources we should list here.
