I am still searching for someone to take over running the Big Bi Fun Day. However in the meantime it makes sense to document everything I’m doing as I go along ready for the next person.
Last week of May, June, first half of July
- Rest time. Fatigued from running the event. Need not to think about it AT ALL for a while!
Second half of July
- Email venue, book the three downstairs rooms for the second Saturday in May of the following year
- Update flyer with the new event date. Send to BiCon, Bi Pride, other bi groups attending Prides over the summer. Especially in Leicester and cities that are 1-3 hours away.
